Record Menu
Adjusts the normal recording speed (0.2 to 60 images/second). RECORD SPEED
Adjusts the recorded image quality/compression from standard
quality/highest compression (1) to highest quality/lowest
compression (6).
IMAGE QUALITY
Overwrites the oldest video data when both disk drives are full. REPEAT RECORD
Disable to stop recording when both disk drives are full.
RECORD AUDIO 1 & 2 Enables audio recording for each audio input channel
DELAY-ON TIME Adjusts the delay from the time the ignition switch is turned on until
the DVR turns on (0 seconds to 60 minutes). Delay-on time can be
used to ensure the DVR input voltage has time to stabilize or to
delay the start of recording until the first passenger is picked up.
DELAY-OFF TIME Adjusts the delay from the time the ignition switch is turned off
until the DVR turns off (0 seconds to 60 minutes).
Changes the recording speed when an alarm event occurs. ALARM RECORDING
Alarm events can be triggered by an alarm switch or by video
motion detection.
Adjusts the recording speed during an alarm event triggered by
an alarm switch (0.2 to 60 images/second)
ALARM RECORD SPEED
Adjusts the duration of an alarm event (5 seconds to non-stop) ALARM DURATION
PRE-ALARM RECORDING The DVR maintains a cyclical buffer of 300 images, recorded at
the alarm speed and quality. If this option is on, the 300 images
preceding an alarm event are recorded. In the case of a Power
Loss (PL) alarm, the images are always recorded, even if this
option is off.
